Phoenix Day Aviation LLC is led by Founder and CEO Arash Sadegh and supported by a network of experienced aviation professionals, advisors, and independent contractors. This structure enables the company to provide aviation consulting, contract pilot support, operational advisory services, and training support while scaling efficiently to meet client demand.
Arash Sadegh brings over 20 years of aviation expertise spanning engineering, pilot operations, and advanced training leadership. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Airline Transport Pilot under both FAA and Transport Canada regulations.

Harvey Misbin
Contract Pilot
Harvey Misbin is an experienced contract pilot with more than 14,000 flight hours and extensive business aviation experience. Harvey is currently qualified under FAA requirements in the Gulfstream IV and Gulfstream V and supports Phoenix Day Aviation's flight operations and client-service requirements on an independent contractor basis. Harvey is also a qualified EASA Instructor and Examiner.
Mark Chase
Contract Pilot
Mark Chase is an experienced aviation professional and former airline pilot with more than 30,000 flight hours. Mark is currently qualified under FAA requirements in the Gulfstream IV and is also a qualified EASA Instructor. Mark supports Phoenix Day Aviation's contract-pilot services and operational requirements on an independent contractor basis.
James Grindrod
James Grindrod is an aviation executive with extensive leadership experience serving as Director of Operations and Director of Safety for aviation operators. Throughout his career, he has overseen flight operations, safety management systems, regulatory compliance, training programs, and operational standards. As Advisory Director of Operations for Phoenix Day Aviation, he provides strategic guidance on operational excellence, safety culture, pilot development, and business growth initiatives. His industry experience helps support the company's long-term operational and commercial objectives.
